About Us: Family Adventures

Welcome to “Together We Roam”, where we trade screens for sun, sand, snow, and stories. Join us as we explore local thrills, far-flung trails, and all the life that exists in between.

I should add that we are not anti-screen, just working very hard to limit the time spent on them so our children recognize the value of life lived outside of phones and tablets.

I have also spent time building activities, games, and other printables for our kids. I realized recently that I have a stockpile that I should be sharing with others. As such, I’ve begun an Etsy Shop and intend to release more of my pieces on a regular basis in 2026.

Adventures with kids

I’m an imperfect mom chasing screen-free play with three under-seven explorers, hoping to spark real smiles, messy moments, and memories that outshine the latest gadget. It’s not always easy – the screen time battle is real when you need a break, or a chance to eat your food while it’s hot. But if the bulk of what we do is centered in connection and movement, we’re heading in the right direction. I am looking forward to having you join us in our chaotic adventures!
